He has led major projects with first-tier and second-tier majors and specialized in exploration, drilling, and refinery operations. He also served as a vendor during the BP oil spill cleanup effort. Mr. Park's leadership in cross-border energy initiatives and refinery development underscores his depth of industry expertise and adaptability in dynamic environments. His long-standing relationships in the global energy sector further position Raeven Triumph as a competitive force in international refinery management.

Mr. Franklin is the former CEO of KLMKH Inc., a publicly held energy company active in oil, gas, and solar energy expansion. With over 30 years of leadership experience, his past roles include Marketing Representative at Texaco (now Chevron), Co-Founder of Global Energy Partners, and President of Equity Electric Co. His expertise spans energy trading, infrastructure development, and executive operations management. A U.S. Army veteran, Mr. Franklin is a graduate of Norwich University and has completed executive programs at Harvard and Northwestern University. 

Mr. Williams brings nearly two decades of experience in operations leadership, construction management, and hazardous materials oversight. He has managed field teams in infrastructure and propane distribution and is responsible for coordinating refinery field logistics and compliance operations. His experience with risk-sensitive environments and team supervision makes him a strong asset in managing complex operational ecosystems within Raeven Triumph’s project portfolio.

Ms. Williams leads all administrative development, research coordination, and corporate communications for Raeven Triumph. With a professional background spanning Fortune 500 companies including Humana, Amazon, and Paychex, she brings experience in operations support, team leadership, and managing sensitive information. She is the firm’s primary creator of deliverables including LOIs, capability statements, and strategic documentation. Her strong communication skills and organizational leadership are instrumental to internal operations and partner engagement.

Mr. Keeton has over a decade of hands-on experience in energy field operations, oil production, and refinery maintenance. He previously managed more than 110 oil wells in Kansas and participated in major refinery upgrade projects in the Midwest. His strengths lie in operational logistics, team coordination, and safety compliance. Mr. Keeton serves as a key liaison for project sourcing and evaluation, supporting Raeven Triumph’s growth in midstream and downstream capacities.
